Description
Subversionの1.4.0以降は、ワーキングコピーの仕様が変わっている。SvnChangeListは、ワーキングコピーの管理情報(.svnディレクトリ下のファイル)を直接読んでいるため、1.4.xのワーキングコピーでは動作しない。
